Procedure

  • Recording the status quo on the basis of current customer and user feedback
  • Determining the target state (UX vision & goals), uncovering potential in team structure, development processes and communication
  • Concrete identification of suitable measures (mindset shift, processes and methods) as well as indicators for measuring success (UX metrics)

Results

  • Individually tailored strategy to anchor human-centred orientation in the company and concrete next steps for successful implementation of the strategy 
  • Documentation of all contents, measures and decisions

Your involvement in the UX Strategy Workshop

  • Preparation by completing a detailed questionnaire at least three working days before the start of the workshop.
  • Prior participation in the training "Success Factor UX" and full participation in the complete workshop by all participants.
