Focus on sustainability
We want to contribute to a better world through software with impact. As a company, we are reducing our carbon footprint, focusing on sustainable events, sustainable mobility and local service providers.
For example:
- Every employee can lease a job bike
- We avoid business trips as far as possible, especially air travel
- We buy locally and sustainably

Learning & growing together
We want to get better every day. And that requires the right tools and the right mindset. We live an active learning culture by regularly inviting external speakers, openly sharing knowledge and imparting knowledge to each other.
We do this together:
- Innovation Days, where we work on innovative business models or solutions.
- Academy Days, where we share knowledge or receive external input.
- UX Open Hours, where UX knowledge and current challenges are shared on a weekly basis.
- Soft skills workshops, such as on communication, storytelling and feedback culture, where we think outside the box and learn new things as a team.
