Our team is spread all over the world. Our home base is in Munich. Joint team events, Academy Days, Innovation Days and regular off- and on-sites are part of our way of staying connected. We value hybrid working and believe that people should work where they can do it best. However, it takes time together, preferably in person and on site, to discuss important topics and develop a personal connection.

Our Impact
We want to contribute to a better world through software with impact. As a company, we are reducing our carbon footprint, focusing on sustainable events, sustainable mobility and local service providers.
That's what we do:

Learning & growing together
We want to get better every day. And that requires the right tools and the right mindset. We live an active learning culture by regularly inviting external speakers, openly sharing knowledge and imparting knowledge to each other.
We do this together:
- Innovation Days, where we work on innovative business models or solutions.
- Academy Days, where we share knowledge or receive external input.
- Open Hours, where knowledge and current challenges are shared on a weekly basis.
- Soft skills workshops on various topics such as communication, storytelling and feedback culture. We want to think outside the box and learn new things as a team.
